Reporting to the Director, Supplier Risk & Compliance, the individual is tasked with supporting the Supplier Risk & Compliance team to develop and grow a world-class supplier tariff optimization program that uses strong frameworks, risk-based audits, and continuous improvement to ensure Country of Origin, Section 232 compliance and reduction, and communication bridge between our Trade Compliance team and our supply chain organization for latest tariff updates.
Develop and maintain a sustainable process for sourcing stage-gates and supplier risk management to incorporate the Trade Compliance function inclusive of tariffsKeep abreast of global trade and regulatory requirements such as IEEPA, 301, Section 232 and Reciprocal TariffsSupport development of Stanley Black & Decker policies and/ or statements on supplier trade requirementsDevelop communication materials related to tariff initiatives for internal and external audiences including customers
