Job description

We are seeking an experienced Supplier Quality Manager to lead quality operations across our manufacturing suppliers. This role is critical to ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability that result in customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a passion for driving continuous improvement with manufacturing suppliers.


Key Responsibilities

+ Lead and manage all manufacturing quality activities across Assembly OSATs, Wafer Fabrications, Test, and Final product.

+ Drive root ‑ cause analysis and corrective actions (8D, FMEA, SPC, DOE) for manufacturing issues, excursions, and customer returns.

+ Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to ensure robust process controls and continuous improvement initiatives.

+ Oversee quality metrics, defect reduction, RMA trends, and in ‑ line quality indicators.
