Job Description

This role role focuses on supplier management and is responsible for ensuring the performance of contract manufacturers. The position blends supplier oversight, sustaining engineering, project management, quality improvement, and new product introduction (NPI) leadership.

Responsibilities

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, Biomedical, or related field).

· 7–10+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering or supplier management.

· Track record of improving supplier quality and on-time delivery performance.

· Experience supporting new product launches and production transfers.
