Perform quality and capability assessments for potential suppliers including reporting, follow-up and closure of audit findings and non-conformances Provide technical expertise to suppliers in various manufacturing processes: plastic injection molding, stamping, and assembly Monitor supplier performance metrics and utilize the appropriate Inteva escalation processes with poorly performing suppliers to improve supplier performance. Guide suppliers to develop quality strategies to improve quality system implementation, utilizing continuous improvement and problem-solving techniques Lead and coordinate Supplier Change Request, supporting Engineering Changes related to suppliers Train suppliers and Inteva Plant SQEs in Problem Case management.
