Summary If selected for this position, you will serve as a Supervisory Veterinary Medical Officer (VMO) performing the role of Field Operations Manager with geographic responsibility for the full range of animal disease diagnosis, control, and eradication and animal health and care activities within specified counties and states.Your work may have national implications in protecting animals, plants, and personnel from disease of epidemic proportions. Responsibilities The duties may include, but are not limited to: Serves as consultant to the Area Veterinarian in Charge (AVIC) and State officials on regulatory veterinary medical problems.
