Summary The Supervisory MST functions as a first-level supervisor responsible for the oversight of a group of MSTs, with administrative responsibility for planning and directing the work within SPS. The incumbent must be familiar with all of the duties performed in SPS as well as standard operating procedures and manufacturers guidelines. The Supervisory MST is a subject matter expert and has experience in all highly complex processes regarding RMD to determine effectiveness of the staff.
