Responsibilities As a SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST at the GS-0346-14 some of your typical work assignments may include: Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Logistics Sustainment Division, Distribution Management Branch. Institutionalizes, researches, interprets, analyzes, and applies supply chain best practices while within DOD/DOW regulations, business process management and business rules. Provides deployment, distribution and logistics expertise for joint capabilities development policy, issues, and processes. Guides the implementation of a very complex logistical network, addressing on a global level the need for synchronized, reliable, and timely distribution processes.
