We're seeking a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist to lead the Core HCM Account Management team, oversee customer and stakeholder engagement, manage program resources, and drive implementation, change management, and performance initiatives supporting government-wide human capital solutions. Responsibilities Supervise the Core HCM Account Management team and lead the execution of the roadmap and strategic initiatives to support Government-wide Core HCM services. Lead cross-functional and interagency coordination to implement, operate, and sustain the Core HCM platform across the Federal government (e.g., personnel action processing, position management, and time and attendance).
