Summary Primary responsibility is to provide program management, leadership, and instruction to the Eastern Oklahoma VA Healthcare System (EOVAHCS) by managing utilization, lifecycle replacements, and incident reporting. The incumbent will be responsible for directing, assisting, and instructing all facility employees on the use of government vehicles including GSA leased, and VA owned.
