The Store System Support Supervisor is responsible for managing and maintaining store IT systems, ensuring operational readiness, and supporting reporting and promotional activities. This role ensures that technology and processes align with retail operations to deliver efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
System Oversight
- Ensure all store computers, POS systems, and related equipment are fully operational.
- Supervise installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems.
Operational Support
- Oversee printing systems for reports, gap checks, and promotional materials.
- Ensure timely and accurate printing of price tags and promotional signage.
Reporting & Documentation
- Validate monthly MIS (Management Information System) reports.
- Supervise preparation of stock management and shrinkage/loss reports.
