Job Title: Supervisor – Site Logistics and Facilities

Location: Sandton, Johannesburg

Main Purpose of the Job

To control, inspect, repair, and maintain all small plant, tools, equipment, and yard stock on site in an efficient and productive manner. This role is also fully responsible for supervising site facilities, staff accommodation, project offices, asset registers, site security, and operational lighting.

Key Responsibilities

• Plant & Equipment Control: Monitor equipment availability daily, perform first-line breakdown assessments, execute preventative maintenance, and conduct monthly inventory stock-takes.
  
• Site Facilities Management: Regularly inspect laydown areas, offices, and accommodation facilities to ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety regulations. Manage plumbing, electrical, and fencing repairs.
