Responsibilities
  • Supervise and make sure that production items are stored and rotated properly following First In, First Out (FIFO) method.
  • Monitor quality and quantity of raw material items. Inspecting stock items for defects and report to management.
  • Responsible for the incoming and outgoing raw materials and finished products.
  • Should involve in stock count and QC processes.
  • Execute any adhoc duties as assigned.
  • Weekly check packing material and reorder accordingly.
  • Supervise the received deliveries and ensure appropriate storage location of goods.
  • Display good communication and human relation skills as per food servicemanager's directions.
  • Conduct administrative and Human Resources management functions with supervised staff.
  • Offer advice, counsel and instruction to staff members.
  • Stick to sanitation and safety program.
