REQ14710 Supervisor, Public Areas (Open)

In accordance with the policies, procedures and standards of Melco Resorts Leisure (PHP) Corporation, the Supervisor, Public Areas is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient cleaning of all public areas of the complex including internal, external, washrooms, front of the house, back of the house and waste depot.

Primary Responsibilities

• Checks the cleanliness of all public areas to ensure cleaning and presentation standards are consistent with established Minimum Standards, Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) and five star standards.
• Initiates actively and monitors the training plan to ensure Supervisors, Housekeeping (Public Area) and Attendant, Public Area are properly trained to perform duties entrusted to them.
• Ensures all specialized cleaning programs are followed to maintain the presentation of the property to high standards.
