Drive a strong safety culture and ensure WHS compliance
Monitor and report on project progress against schedule
Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently
Maintain quality standards and ensure works meet specifications
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders
 Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor on subdivision projects ($20M+)
Strong technical knowledge of earthworks, drainage, and pavements
Ability to lead crews and manage subcontractors effectively
Solid understanding of construction programmes and sequencing
Strong commitment to safety and quality outcomes
Good communication and organisational skills
