Job Objective:

Tactical coordination, alignment, and leadership of operational resources toward daily successful accomplishment of safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and materials utilization action plans and objectives, as is vertically integrated with strategy deployment objectives

Essential Job Functions:

Supervise all production operations on an assigned shift within the facility including machinery, assembly, or material handling operations to achieve desired quality and operational output. 

Monitoring daily schedule utilizing manufacturing and process controls

Organizing daily assignments and direct personnel to achieve productivity goals

Ensuring quality system compliance, timely MRB disposition
