About the Role

Responsible for supervising and ensuring proper management of scrap generated in electronic manufacturing processes, ensuring control, traceability, safe disposal, and compliance with corporate policies, quality standards, and environmental regulations, while promoting waste reduction and value recovery. You will lead the development of ongoing scrap reduction projects and track metrics. You will report to the different department managers.

What You Will Do

• Manage scrap inventory (electronic and other material) from its generation to its final disposal.
• Register, classify, and document scrap by type, cause, generating area, and economic value.
• Analyze scrap trends to identify root causes and reduction opportunities.
• Coordinate the segregation, storage, and safe handling of scrap.
• Prepare monthly scrap reports: volume, cost, top offenders, recovery, and savings.
