Basic Function:
Sales Supervisor is responsible for maintaining and creating relationships with area associations: handling social media, customer service, groups, consignment, and special event accounts: soliciting current and new business: ensuring admission and revenue goals are achieved: performing operational duties.
Principle Responsibilities:
Ensure that each Guest receives outstanding Guest Service by providing a Guest friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every Guest, maintaining outstanding standards, exhibit knowledge and all other components of Guest Service.Ability to organize and schedule groups, consignment, and special event business.Attend and articulate specials, promotions, and events at local and state association meetings and events.Develop and maintain admission and ancillary sales promotions.Must have flexibility to travel and r...
