**Position Summary:**

Manage a production operations team within a highly regulated Class 3 medical device manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will manage the team and processes to deliver Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Engagement performance targets to exceed our customer expectations while driving continuous improvement, operational excellence, and structured change initiatives across the site.

**What** **You’ll** **Do:**

+ Lead day-to-day production operations, ensuring targets for safety, quality, delivery,costand engagementare consistently achieved.

+ Plan andallocateresources (people, materials, equipment, systems) to optimise production performance.

+ Monitor daily KPIs,identifyrisks early, and drive corrective actions through structured problem-solving

+ Develop, coach, and mentor team members to build capability and support succession planning.
