Key Responsibilities:
Manage and Lead shift worker to meet manufacturing KPIs. Assisting the Production Manager in managing and executing production operations. Lead a group of Sr Technician and operators to ensure that production lines run without any problems, with zero operation execution failure, minimize unplan downtime, products are manufactured to a required quality standard and adheres to customer/safety/industry-related regulations.
Job Summary:
Supervisor with a job function plays a leadership role managing from Test and bagging area, ensuring efficient manpower, meeting performance, mentoring junior technicians, and working closely with Supporting team engineers to optimize production and process improvements.
