We’re on the lookout for a Supervisor who will lead and motivate the sales team to exceed targets, deliver excellent customer service, support colleague development, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the store. This is a 40‑hour contract. Candidates must be flexible to work on weekdays, weekends and bank holidays.
The Supervisor role is an important function in the store’s leadership structure, and the main objective is to coach and motivate the sales team to exceed targets, maximise KPI’s, and deliver first‑class customer service.
