Responsible for the day-to-day management of leave of absence administration, workers compensation, and employee & occupational health programs. Responsible for the proper administration of all leave of absences, workers compensation, and employee health programs for bargaining and non-bargaining employees. Evaluates and analyzes the results of the programs and services regularly reporting these results to senior leadership.
