The Laboratory Supervisor will oversee and assist in laboratory Point of Care testing operations for all hospitals in the Central PA market and will have a home office in Harrisburg while supporting needs for all 7 Central PA campuses. Experience and knowledge with interfaced point of care testing is strongly preferred. This role will be Mon-Fri with the ability to provide emergency support as needed.

Purpose:
Supervise assigned laboratories/departments through managing, planning, servicing, organizing and controlling the activities of personnel engaged in the collection and transport of patient specimens, the processing and handling of laboratory specimens and in the generation of timely and accurate test results.
