Supervisor Inbound Sales

Marathon Staffing is hiring a Supervisor Inbound Sales to lead and support a team focused on inbound customer inquiries and sales opportunities. If you enjoy coaching others, driving results, and delivering a great customer experience, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do:

• Supervise and coach inbound sales representatives to meet performance goals
• Monitor daily activity, lead flow, and sales outcomes to ensure targets are achieved
• Support customers by helping resolve questions and guiding next steps
• Maintain accurate reporting and follow established sales processes
• Identify coaching opportunities and help improve team effectiveness

What we're looking for:

• Prior sales leadership or supervisory experience (inbound sales preferred)
• Strong communication and coaching skills
