Requirements:
  • Language: English (spoken and written) and French is an asset.
  • Education: Diploma or degree in manufacturing or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 – 5 years supervisory experience in an industrial environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Accountabilities:
  • Supervise employees, ensuring effective safety practices are maintained.
  • Supervise train crew and switching requirements for the site.
  • Accountable to oversee the loading process ensuring compliance with loading regulations. 
  • Provide planning and direction to the Finishing Room and Core Room crews to achieve annual operating budgets.
  • Provide optimal use of the Finishing Room and Core Room manufacturing processes and provide suggestions for improvements.
