Supervising the day-to-day operations of a busy catering environment focusing on team members roles
Support daily operations
Monitoring the training needs of the team and supporting where needed
Hold team meetings on a regular basis to communicate targets, standards required and company and client information
Work with the Location Manager's budgets; achieve and maintain Health & Safety and Food Standards in accordance with the budget and standards of BaxterStorey
Develop and evolve all client’s services at the location, ensuring regular adjustments and improvements are both recommended and implemented
Complete weekly stock takes
Take and manage event bookings where required
Assist with opening and closing procedures. Ensure that all units are prepared for daily operations and securely closed at the end of the day.
