What you'll do

The Supervisor, Dealer Rebates is responsible for overseeing all rebate activities across multiple Business Units (CTR Dealer, Marks, Party City). This position will work closely with Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Merchandising, Marketing, and Store Support teams to ensure that all rebates are calculated, approved, and accurately accounted for in the P&L/Balance Sheet. The role manages a team of Analysts, prioritizing workload and providing guidance to resolve issues.


Operating across multiple systems, this role ensures timely and accurate processing of recurring and ad-hoc rebates for CTC Dealers and other business units. Given the financial impact of rebates on dealer profitability and organizational cash flow, this role is critical to maintaining accuracy and compliance with Dealer Contracts and established processes.
