Job Descriptions:

Monitoring and ensure all inquiries are promptly replied and followed up by team member in timely manner avoiding reminders

Monitoring, leading and maintain KPI and milestone achievement to be on the track

Review any incoming Invoice from Vendor side

Coordinate communication with Customer, Carriers and Overseas offices

Responsible to provide quotations as requested by DSV Overseas

Monitoring WIP & ACR are properly input in Cargowise 1

Encourage team by being a good example to fully comply with rule and regulation set up by management

Perform intervention to solve if any trouble or irregularity case

Oversee to check and review profit & loss

Job Requirements:
