Minimum qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
+ 3 years of related experience
+ Solid project planning and development experience
+ Experience building and improving processes and establishing metrics to track and illustrate performance
+ Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM

Preferred qualifications:

+ Available to work extended hours when necessary
+ Able to travel occasionally
+ Experience in Less-than-Truckload (LTL) freight operations, transportation operations, logistics or supply chain environment
+ Solid organizational skills with proven ability to multitask and prioritize workload under pressure to meet deadlines
