Purpose of the role: To supervise and coordinate daily mobile crushing and screening operations within a coal mining environment, ensuring production targets are met safely, efficiently, and in compliance with mine standards and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Supervision
Supervise daily operations of mobile crushers and mobile screening plants
Coordinate plant start-up, shutdown, changeovers, and material flow
Monitor production rates, throughput, coal quality, and screen sizing
Ensure correct feeding of ROM coal and removal of oversize or contamination
