Job Description Supervise all activities in the assigned division/LOBs to ensure a smooth sailing daily operations and business needs are met whilst maximizing productivity and minimizing costs. This includes compliance to company policies, adherence to local regulations and addressing non-compliance cases. In addition, dependent on the assigned division/LOBs, the incumbent may also need to work with external vendors (2PL/3PL) and manage contingency workers engaged to meet operational needs. This role will also ensure that functional strategies are implemented and support the (Senior) Manager Country Operations in managing the performance and capabilities of the team.
