Supervisor, Certified Clinically Advanced Nutrition Coordinator (CCANC) acts as an integral part of the care team, supporting physician led practice area by driving clinical excellence, team based care, evidenced-based medical nutrition therapy and clinical and emotional support to patients and caregivers. The Supervisor, CCANC formulates cohesive relationships with primary and consulting providers, nursing professionals, social workers, case managers, pharmacists, practice leadership, and office staff to foster the ongoing delivery of medical nutrition therapy, patient education, and clinical care to support optimal treatment outcomes.
