The West Shore Cardiovascular Diagnostics department is looking for a new Supervisor, Call Center, to oversee their scheduling team. This scheduling team encompasses all of Central PA's diagnostic scheduling for cardiology. This Supervisor will oversee a team of 8+.
Schedule: Monday - Friday anywhere from 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. No weekends or holidays!
This position will start off with in office training then transition to a hybrid schedule.
Purpose:
This position is responsible for maintaining the overall operational efficiency of the Call Center, the schedule utilization in Epic, and the team's use of Epic templates and the Cisco phone system to facilitate appropriate patient access. Facilitates patient scheduling and movement into, and out of the UPMC health care experience.
