Overview We are looking for a motivated, team-oriented Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. Location: Abu-Dhabi. Salary: 1300 AED. We are prepared to consider an immigrant for this position. No prior experience is necessary.
Responsibilities & Duties - Supervise staff in the department, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, providing direction and coaching, evaluating job performance and disciplining as necessary
- Ensure that all staff provide excellent customer service at all times
- Monitor daily operations of the department to ensure that it runs smoothly and efficiently
- Develop strategies for improving productivity, efficiency or quality of service
- Assess training needs of staff members within the department
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures; maintain accurate records as required
