We are actively seeking a Superintendent, Mill Reliability & Engineering to drive the reliability and engineering strategy for the processing plant. The role involves developing and implementing asset health management programs, leading root cause analysis, and ensuring effective follow‑up actions. The position supports continuous improvement, safety, and regulatory compliance while maximizing equipment performance and minimizing downtime. This role is located at the Côté Gold mine site and reports to the Mill Maintenance Manager.
