**Job Description**
The Site Superintendent oversees day-to-day construction and quality control activities for utility-scale solar generation projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role requires an experienced, well-organized construction professional who can lead field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and collaborate closely with project management and engineering teams while maintaining a strong on-site presence.

**Responsibilities**

+ Lead on-site construction activities for solar generation systems, maintaining a consistent daily presence on the solar farm.
+ Run quality control operations on solar farm projects in Pittsville and Woodstock, MD, ensuring all work meets project specifications and standards.
+ Attend site walks and pre-construction planning meetings with construction management, project management, and engineering teams as required.
