Some of your duties will include:

• Lead and oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Economic Empowerment programs in the local community where the company operates.The position is responsible for driving strategic initiatives that foster sustainable local economic growth, encourage inclusive entrepreneurship, and ensure the long-term success of community-based businesses aligned with Company’s Community Development goals.
