The Superintendent – Civil will work with subcontractor supervision, directing activities to project priorities, ensuring that required support is available, and monitoring labour and equipment levels for efficiency.
Works to a 90‑day look‑ahead schedule and provides leadership and guidance to site‑based construction supervision (multi‑discipline) and construction contractors.
Assist subcontractor in finding the best method to execute the works.
Monitor daily construction details and daily progress in the area (PPC).
