Position Overview - The official title for this position is Construction Site Manager, however these duties/title is often synonymous with Superintendent, hence the posting title to garner more applicants. If an offer is extended the official title will be Construction Site Manager.
The Construction Site Manager (CSM) will maintain a full-time on-site presence at the Bethpage project location and oversee all field operations. This role is responsible for ensuring construction activities are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications, with a strong focus on heavy civil and pipeline work.
Key Responsibilities

+ Maintain a consistent, full-time presence at the project site to oversee daily construction activities

+ Lead and manage field operations, including subcontractors, labor crews, and site personnel

+ Ensure all work is executed in compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations
