Your day at NTT DATA The SuccessFactors Architect is a strategic IT professional responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors solutions to meet organizational HR and business objectives. This role collaborates with stakeholders, HR teams, and technical specialists to ensure that SuccessFactors modules are configured and integrated in alignment with business processes and best practices.
