Summary These positions are located with the Substation Operations (TOIZ) organization of System Operations (TO), Transmission Services (T), Bonneville Power Administration (BPA). A successful candidate in the Substation Operations Specialist position will provide substation operations technical expertise and leadership for the operation of BPA substations. Responsibilities As a Substation Operations Specialist, you will: Provide advice and guidance on substation operations to others within BPA. Act as spokesperson for assigned program management activities and serve as program liaison with other internal entities to ensure consistency of interpretation and implementation of the programs. Manage assigned programs as the subject matter expert and provide backup on other programs in the absence of the assigned program manager.
