**Description**

This position is responsible for the managerial direction, leadership, and development of the Substation Department in the Transmission & Distribution (T&D) Global Practice for the Mi-Atlantic Region. This position will provide leadership and direction to grow the Department in a profitable manner based upon Burns & McDonnell's core values of client satisfaction, commitment, dedication, integrity, safety, and overall outstanding service.



This position will collaborate closely with several other managers within Mid-Atlantic Region and the global practice’s leadership team including:



+ T&D Global Practice Manager – responsible for overall T&D business within the region.

+ T&D Operations Manager – responsible for internal department personnel, operations, and coordination with section and department manager(s) throughout the region.
