We are currently seeking a Full Time Substance Abuse Counselor  for our  Mount Carmel Guild Substance Use  program in  Cranford, NJ.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Provide substance use counseling to clients in the substance use program level 1 and level 2.1, provide individual, group and family counseling sessions, carries a caseload of clients ,complete prior authorizations, document progress notes in electronic health record.


• Implement evidenced based modalities to assist clients in their recovery.
• Complete treatment plans, and other documentation according to agency standards,.
• Admit clients using NJSAMS.
• Collecting weekly UDS.
