We are currently seeking a  Per Diem Substance Abuse Counselor  for our  Mount Carmel Guild Substance Use  program in  Cranford, NJ.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Provide substance use counseling to clients in the substance use program  level 1 and level 2.1 ,  document progress notes on all groups in electronic health record.


• Implement evidenced based modalities to assist clients in their recovery .Complete treatment plans, and other documentation  according to agency standards,.  Admit clients using NJSAMS.
• Collecting weekly UDS  All work is under the supervision of an LCADC.
