What you will do

  • Develop, specify, and apply subsea controls design / operating criteria for wide variety of activities, developments, and operations, large-scale deepwater capital projects, R&D programs, offshore installation activities, and low carbon solutions opportunities
  • Involvement in various subsea project support efforts from concept evaluation and selection to commissioning and start up
  • Evaluate the strengths and shortcomings inherent in different controls design philosophies 
  • Participate in risk assessments, root cause failure analyses, technology evaluations/selections, and offshore installation of subsea hardware
  • Develop and carry out procedures for FAT, EFAT, SIT, and pre-loadout of subsea hardware and software
  • Participate in subsea industry activities 
  • Lead revision to company standards and/or industry practices
