+ This position is responsible for managing the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services under a government or commercial contract(s).
+ Manages the preparation of bid packages, conducts bidder conferences, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes awards, and manages resulting subcontracts.
