Demonstrate excellent product knowledge
Provide exceptional customer service to every Levi's Store customer, meet SEAMS expectation to deliver Mystery Shopper results as well as promote and drive Red Tab Membership Program
Meet established store sales and key performance indicators (KPI)
Comply with Levi's Store operating procedures including but not limited to store opening, closing, cash handling, stock receiving, housekeeping
Comply with store security, safety, and loss prevention programs
Perform replenishment and security tagging of merchandise on the selling floor as needed
Maintain store appearance in accordance with Levi's Store visual presentation standards and product care
