Qualifications

• Strong People management skills
• Creative Suite experience (Illustrator, etc.)
• Artwork and repro experience – preference in packaging
• Strong analytical skills and good office skills (Excel, etc.)
• Esko experience would be great
• Experience with quality procedures desirable
• Workflow and process improvement experience
• Continued improvement
