One-on-One Support: Serve as a dedicated befriender and mentor to Higher Needs Students (HNS).
Motivational Talks: Plan and conduct motivational talks to inspire students and build resilience, drawing on personal experiences, where appropriate.
Physical Activity: Lead and facilitate simple,age-appropriate physical exercises or light physical activities withstudents to promote mental and physical well-being.
Homework Care: Monitors and ensures completion of homework.
