Reporting to the Dean, the Student Success Specialist plays a vital part in a student's academic success and is an important position in the strategic enrollment management process. Working within an integrated team of Faculty, Program Coordinators, Chairs, and Academic Advisors, the Specialist develops and implements academic success strategies throughout a learner’s journey.
Key responsibilities include proactively reaching out to learners deemed at risk through various engagement initiatives and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver enhancement programming in line with a student retention calendar.
