The Student Success Coordinator is responsible for executing assigned tasks in a timely and professional manner and has responsibility for, but not limited to, the following:
In collaboration with the Senior Assistant Dean of Student Advancement and the Director of Academic Support Services, the Student Success Coordinator will:
Manage students in the Clinical Integration Capstone Remediation Program.Track at-risk students and assist in developing appropriate support plans.Provide logistical support for the tutoring program.Implement and coordinate the use of resources to help students develop effective study strategies.Offer individual and/or group counseling to students with identified needs and concerns.Assist students in creating an effective board preparation plan using evidence-based methodology.Cultivate positive working relationships with students...
